Registration online procedure is CLOSED
From now it will be possible to register
AT THE SYMPOSIUM VENUE ONLY

The Symposium registration fees are:

Regular Participant and Student* fees include:

• Admission to the oral and poster sessions;
• Book of abstracts, detailed programme, list of participants;
• Proceedings;
• Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches and Symposium dinner.

*Student fee can be applied for Student, PhD and Post Doc younger than 35 years old.

Accompanying person fee includes:

• Welcome reception and Symposium dinner;
• Pompeii archaeological site visit.

Cancellation
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an e-mail to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet (info@asst2012.org ) or a fax +390818770258
- Before March 9th 2012 no penalty due
- From March 10th to April 10th 2012 you will be refunded of 50% of the Registration fee paid
- After April 10th 2012 no refund will be possible

Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference
