Registration

The Registration Desk shall be open from 08:30 Monday 30th August onwards.

Oral Presentation

The default system for presentations supports Microsoft WINDOWS (not MAC) platforms for the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat and Powerpoint® slides.
If your presentation includes any video the required file type is .avi
A laptop will be available at the podium and files should be handed in on USB sticks before the session starts.

Internet

Wireless Internet connection is freely available at the Congress Center.

Social Events

The Conference includes two social events:

• A Welcome Reception on Tuesday 31st August at 20:30 in the Olympic Bar of the Hotel Continental Terme.
• A Conference Dinner on Thursday 2nd September at 21:00 in the “Ristorante del Parco” of the Hotel Continental Terme.

Please bring your ticket with you. In case you shall need tickets for an accompanying person, you shall be able to purchase them at the Registration Desk.

How to reach Ischia Island

Both from Capodichino airport in Naples and the train station it is possible to reach the port by taxi or by public bus service.
From Naples port to Ischia Island it is possible to choose hydrofoil (45 minutes) or ferry (60 minutes), please check the following ferry web pages for time tables:

Please note that the first hydrofoil leaving Ischia Island is at 6:35 am and the last one leaving Naples Harbour to Ischia is 8:20 pm.
