Manuscript Collection
If you are a speaker, please do not forget to bring your manuscript file (Microsoft Word) on a CD or USB drive and hand it in at the Registration Desk upon arrival.

Poster Printing
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (35.4") width x 110 cm (43") height. It will be possible to post it on the panels on Sunday evening.

Wi-fi Connection
Free internet wi-fi connection ia available in the Congress ficilities area. Get your password at the hotel reception.

Opening Registration and Welcome Reception
Registration procedure will be possible starting from Sunday 25th at 5.00pm.
The Welcome Reception will start at 8.30pm.

Symposium Dinner (Thursday 29th at 8.30pm)
On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee we are pleased to announce that the Social Dinner will be complimentary for all the participants.

Social Excursion (Wednesday 28th at 9.00am)
The Symposium package includes an amazing guided tour through the most beautiful places of the Island of Ischia and will take place on Wednesday 28th.
You will be required to confirm your participation on arrival at the registration desk.
Meeting point: at the reception of the Hotel Continental Terme
Pick-up time: 9.00 am 

How to reach Ischia Island
Both from Capodichino airport in Naples and the train station it is possible to reach the port by taxi or by public bus service.
From Naples port to Ischia Island it possible to choose hydrofoil (45 minutes) or ferry (60 minutes), please check the following ferry webpages for time tables:
