A Book of Abstracts of IX Italian Congress of Food Chemistry, edited by Emirates Journal of Food and Agriculture (EJFA) , will be provided for registrants at the registration desk.
As a complementary activity following the Congress four Special Issues, focusing on different aspects of Food Chemistry, will be published in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (ACS), Food Chemistry (Elsevier), Emirates Journal of Food and Agriculture (EJFA) and Journal of Food Research (JFR) .
All manuscripts will be subject to the usual peer reviewing procedure.
